Welcome to Oshkosh Area School District
Whether you're new to our community, joining us from another district or learning environment, or enrolling your first child in our 4K program, we're here to make your school enrollment smooth and welcoming. Our dedicated staff is committed to supporting every family through the enrollment process. If you do not have computer access, kiosks are available at each school. You can also visit the OASD Administration Office (215 S Eagle Street).
Before You Register
- Select if you are a NEW FAMILY to our district or if you are a CURRENT FAMILY (already have a child in our district).
- Select the correct year
- 2024-2025 School Year Enrollment is now open
- 2025-2026 School Year Enrollment will open April 1, 2025
- Referral Registration - NON OASD STUDENT should only be selected if you are requesting special education services through the OASD for your child

New Families
I am NEW to the Oshkosh Area School District and have no children currently attending the OASD.

Instructions
1. Using the registration button above select the correct school year to begin registration. You must complete this form for each of your children.
2. Provide your parent/guardian information to begin the registration process.
3. Record the application number on the screen. Press “Confirm” and follow the prompts.
4. Click “Begin” and complete the application process.
5. The following documentation will be requested during your enrollment process. You may upload these documents during your online process or provided them to your school secretary.
- Household information -- address (proof of residency) and phone numbers
- Parent information -- work and cell phone numbers, email addresses, identification.
- Student information -- demographic and health/medication information, birth certificate
- Emergency Contact - addresses and phone numbers.
- Note: Required fields are marked with a red asterisk, and the district will receive the data exactly as it is entered. Please be careful of spelling, capitalization and punctuation. Dates should be entered as MM/DD/YYYY and phone numbers as xxx-xxx-xxxx.
After these steps are completed, your child(ren) will be enrolled into the district.
The parent/guardian will receive an email confirmation of registration completion. The school will request records from your child's previous school if applicable.
Current Families
I have at least one child who is currently enrolled into the Oshkosh Area School District.
CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE 24-25 ANNUAL STUDENT UPDATEEach year, current parents/guardians must complete an annual enrollment or “returning student registration” by logging into their IC Parent Portal. This process opens on or around April 1 every year. All existing families must complete the online enrollment process to secure their student's place at school. This annual process involves:
- Updating demographic and contact information
- Completing online fee payments
- Updating food service selections
Instructions
1. Parent/Guardian log into IC Parent Portal.
(NOTE: If you need assistance with your login information contact your child’s school or the OASD Administration Office.)
2. Click the ‘ 3 Bars ’ in the upper left corner and click on ‘ More ’ at the bottom of the column.
3. Click on the ‘Online Registration’ link on the bottom left of the screen, then click the appropriate option for existing or new students.
(NOTE: If you have an EXISTING student and a NEW student, use the Existing Student Registration link; you will be able to update existing students and add new students for the selected year.)
4. Parents/guardians should see a list of their existing OASD students. Verify that the UPCOMING school year is selected and click ‘Begin Registration’ when ready.
5. Follow the instructions on each screen.
6. If you need to add a new student (4K or new to the OASD): Once you complete all screens in the “Student” section, you will have an option to “Add New Student.
7. Once all information has been verified, click ‘Submit’
